BAY OF PLENTY HUB

Celebrating our first year of transforming lives through the magic of social circus, Circability’s Bay of Plenty Hub (BOP Hub) is dedicated to promoting disability sports and fostering inclusivity within our community. Our programs empower individuals of all abilities, creating a vibrant space where everyone can shine.

We have proudly collaborated with Tauranga City Council on World Disability Day 2023 and are excited to contribute to the Summer Reading Program 2024. Our partnerships with Parafed and the Halberg Foundation have further strengthened our commitment to providing exceptional opportunities for people with disabilities.

As a key player in Tauranga Youth Development, BOP Hub nurtures the potential of young people across the region. Our initiatives are supported by Tauranga Moana Attendance Services, The Kollective, and Sport Bay of Plenty, ensuring we have the resources and backing to make a meaningful impact.

We are also thrilled to have recently connected with senior organizations U3A and Summerset Retirement Villages, expanding our reach and fostering intergenerational engagement.

Our diverse range of classes has reached numerous educational institutions, including:

  • Ōtūmoetai College

  • Ōtūmoetai Intermediate

  • Tarawera School Kawerau

  • Maungatapu Primary School

  • Selwyn Ridge Primary School

  • Arataki School

  • Tauranga Boy’s College

  • Tauranga Girl’s College
